Housing Options public authority referral form
Public authorities have a statutory duty to refer people they believe may be homeless or threatened with homelessness to their local borough. You can refer a person to us using this form.
It will be allocated to an officer within 24 hours
Monday to Friday.
An officer will contact the applicant within 10 working days.
The form will take
10 minutes
to complete. If you do not click ‘submit’ no action will be taken.
